Our Chefs are pleased to offer fresh local produce from certified SC farmers on the Thanksgiving Buffet as well as our everyday menu.

A few samplings from our Thanksgiving Day Buffet menu include, but are not limited to, Roasted Butternut Squash, Parsnips & Red Pepper Salad tossed with a Honey Basil Vinaigrette, Chilled Shrimp tossed with Roasted Oranges, Asparagus, Grilled Red Onions & Baby Spinach, Cornbread Pecan Dressing, Sweet Potato Casserole with Blackstrap Molasses & Marshmallows, Honey Glazed Carrots, Broiled Flounder with Blue Crab Herbed Butter and Southern Green Beans. Our Carving Station includes Herb Rubbed All Natural Turkey, Giblet Gravy & Citrus Ginger Cranberry Sauce, Apple Cider, Bourbon & Honey Glazed Ham with Creole Mustard and Lowcountry Shrimp & Grits with Lobster Cream & Adluh Mills Pepperjack Grits.

And of course you must be sure to leave room for dessert! The selection of sweets are endless…Cranberry & Sweet Potato Pudding with Bourbon Caramel Glaze, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Decadent Chocolate Brownies and Soft Serve Ice Cream with Assorted Toppings.
