As a young fox, I arrived after being thought of by a group of visionary sales managers. I’m honored to be the mascot of the beautiful Francis Marion Hotel here in Charleston SC. As a fun, warm and fuzzy symbol of the original Swamp Fox, Brigadier General Francis Marion, who is famous for his “sly” guerrilla tactics against British troops during the American Revolution; you’ll see me out and about town this season.
I’m visiting some of the town’s exciting, edgy and local restaurants, pubs and attractions with my friends. There’s so much to see and do—most within walking distance from the Francis Marion’s front door. Follow in my paw prints and you’ll see why Charleston continues to be tops in the nation as a vacation or meeting destination.
