National Ice Cream Day

Today is National Ice Cream Day and I am celebrating with a bowl of my favorite home-made ice cream from our very own Swamp Fox Restaurant. We offer a variety of flavors including my choice – Cinnamon Bun. We take actual cinnamon buns and puree them into the ice cream. Our Chef is always playing with new flavors – such as Corn and Pecan Pie. Of course, we offer the everyday favorites too like Chocolate, Vanilla, and Mint Chocolate Chip. Thanks to our awesome Restaurant Manager – Rickie – for sharing a bowl of ice cream with me.
