It can be a difficult decision selecting which delicious events to attend during Charleston’s popular Wine & Food Festival, but don’t delay because they do sell out! A fox favorite is always the Culinary Village, located in Marion Square Park, right across from my home at the historic Francis Marion Hotel. The Village is the perfect place to enjoy tastes of all types, although the focus is on local flavors, you will also find paw-licking libations from around the world!
My foxy instincts lead me from tent to tent exploring everything from crisp white and rose’ wines that wet the pallet to the robust reds. Don’t forget the Biergarden to sip some samples of the best brews too. (Don’t forget to hydrate with water as well!!). My culinary senses were in overdrive enjoying so many wonderful creations from our local Chefs! This festival truly has something for every fox, so I suggest exploring the event options early to pick what will please your palate next year.
