Upscale cocktails, craft beer and a selection of small plates which changes daily, make Proof the perfect place to visit again and again. Located just blocks away from the Francis Marion, this intimate new bar is just the sort of place to kick back and visits with friends. I sampled a selection of homemade duck pate, pimento cheese and hummus, as well as some tasty house made boiled peanuts.
The “proof” was in the pudding…Proof will definitely be one of my favorite new places to fox around with friends!
